If you have ever been to a Strong Fathers-Strong Families Training or Conference workshop you know we like to have FUN while we are learning. Well we are planning for a FUN time in Fort Worth! We invite you to join us for three days of fun and information on the BEST PRACTICES to engage your fathers and families in the lives and education of their kids.
You will learn about our proven methods or PLANNING, PROMOTING, and PRESENTING proven programs to the families in your community. We will lay out the best practices, practical tips, and research based approaches while working alongside colleagues from around the nation.
Here are some of the many things we have planned for you at our BOOTcamp in Downtown Cowtown:
The best practices for reaching hard to reach fathers and families
Proven methods of building SIMPLE programs that get buy in from families, staff, and community
Replicable techniques that you or your team can use on all of your campuses and centers
Proven ways to overcome the barriers to engaging fathers and families (we have heard them all and overcome them all)
Methods for meeting compliance standards for any and all of your funding streams
Using research and rationales to build your engagement standards
Reaching recent immigrant and non-English speaking families
Building IN PERSON and VIRTUAL program options
Develop an ANNUAL PLAN for reaching and teaching fathers and families
LEARN from our best practices and from other participants
Gain ADDITIONAL COACHING sessions (online) after the initial training
Become part of a growing community of professionals who are building effective family engagement programs

This training qualifies for Title I, Title III, and Title V funding as well as After School Programs and ARP-ESSER funding tied to Family Engagement for Public Schools.
As well, all of our frameworks and principles align with Head Start PFCE and MIECHV engagement initiatives.
