Welcome Home DeSoto
Here is an informational video about our newest efforts in DeSoto ISD. We are joining forces with all of the entities in DISD that are working to involve parents. Through schedule and class collaboration as well as a Facebook page and quarterly parent magazine, we are looking forward to a great year and some great experiences with and for fathers and families. The Welcome Home Segment is included here for parents that have been accessing charter or private schools. DeSoto ISD is dedicated to making sure that every child in the district has all of their needs met in a public school setting. Strong Fathers-Strong Families is honored to be a part of their efforts.
J. Michael Hall, M.Ed. is the Founder and President of Strong Fathers-Strong Families, LLC. He has facilitated father-child events in schools and Head Starts for over 50,000 fathers, trained thousands of professionals in education and child care and has written numerous magazine articles and book chapters.
